Success in recruitment requires diligence, organization, and constant communication. To support our athletes, we have partnered with IWLCA Recruits, the official platform endorsed by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA).
The recruiting process for our players demands diligence, organization, and consistent communication. Through our partnership with IWLCA Recruits, officially endorsed by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA), we provide a powerful platform to support athletes at every stage of their journey. Every club player receives a Pro Account, which remains active through their senior year, giving them long-term access to best-in-class technology to confidently manage their recruiting process. In addition, all players receive unlimited complimentary Professional Highlight Reel credits each year, ensuring they can consistently showcase their development and accomplishments to college coaches.

We thoroughly evaluate players at practices and tournaments, review their academic transcripts, and discuss their goals and interests to help them find the best possible fit at the college level. We partner with players and parents to identify what is needed for a successful and enjoyable college experience, on and off the field. Our staff maintains strong relationships with coaches at Division I, II, and III programs to ensure every player finds a home that matches their academic priorities, personal preferences, and playing ability.
