We are the Southern New England Comets (SONEC) Lacrosse where our mission is to prepare and present our young players for high level competitive play. We will strive to teach our players to celebrate the game while having fun and growing their understanding and appreciation of this great sport . Our players will be given the training necessary to compete at the highest level. We will provide the foundation each player will need to achieve their respective goals. It will be up to them to put in the work.

At SONEC Lax, our staff of seasoned coaches will look to instill the passion that has brought us to the game. Our staff is filled with coaches and players who have been high achievers in the game. We live and breathe the thrill of the game! The landscape of high school and college lacrosse has never been more competitive and we aim to provide the coaching to compete at the highest level with skills training, active game drills and exposure to the best players in each age group. The game continues to grow at a rapid pace and we intend to move right to the forefront.

SONEC Pricing:
2031 (6th) & 2032 (5th )-YOG - $1300 - Includes 3 Regional Tournaments, minimum of 8 practices
2029 (8th) & 2030 (7th) - YOG) - $1500 - Includes 3 Regional Tournaments, minimum of 8 practices
Optional 2 additional tournaments depending on interest with al a carte pricing : July 12/13 & July 19/20
